Cave Creek UFO Crash

Arizona

October 1947

22 year old Selman Graves an d his 16 year old brother-in-law Bob Malody were rabbit hunting and exploring mines in the Cave Creek Recreational area north of Phoenix. They climbed to the most prominent hill in the area and looked west, and thats when they witnessed an incredible scene. He saw a large metallic dome shaped object sitting upright in the desert. He thought it might be some kind of observatory dome except, why would a dome be down at that elevation. He then saw 5 men and 2 trucks near the dome with no uniforms and not really doing much work. Graves estimated the dome was 36 feet in diameter and was about a mile away.

Cave Creek UFO Crash

It wasn't until about 1952, when he read a book about UFO's that he considered that he saw the crash sit of a UFO. the book was about a Cave Creek incident and mentioned the existence of 2 humanoid bodies that were retrieved from the craft. There had been speculation that the Phoenix area had 2 crashes in October of 1947. Its believed that one UFO crashed and landed in the Dreamy Draw area and another crashed north of that in the Cave Creek. Or one craft touched down in the Dreamy Draw arena and the skipped over to Cave Creek, one thing is for sure, something happened in the Phoenix area in October of 1947

South of Carefree Highway

Several years ago, a grizzled miner only known as Pete, who worked at the famous Mistress Mine near Seven Springs, came forward with the following:

You're not going tp believe this but, a friend of mine watched some government agents back in the 1940's recover and truck away wreckage of what looked like a flying saucer. He added this story was referenced in a book called " Above Top Secret". Sure enough, on page 394, the it is, a description of a UFO crash just south of present day Carefree Highway

Dreamy Draw

As the story goes, the cave creek landfill was placed there to cover the site, in present day, the landfill is now closed. Debris along with dirt were trucked down to be placed in the Dreamy Draw dam along Northern Avenue, a dam that many experts saw was never necessary and finally, Cave creek road  bent or aligned further to the east because the site wasn't fully removed so cave Creek road was built and adjusted so construction wouldn't interfere with the crash site. Dreamy draw dam was supposedly build to cover up a UFO crash but, in fact it was built to hide something more that just that. Ufo crashed 2 men named Silas Newton and Dr. Gee told Frank Scully who published this story in his popular book in 1950. They told him that the pulled two alien bodies from a crashed UFO and stored them in a freezer until the Army picked them up.
